Calling all girls aged 10-16 and their parents!
It is not a secret that all girls will begin their menstrual cycle between the ages of 8 and 17. This time marks the onset of her transition into womanhood, involving changes that are emotional, physical, psychological, and spiritual. This wonderful transition into womanhood is sacred, yet it can sometimes be confusing.
Join us for the Sacred Not Secret Moon Cycle and Self-Care Workshop for Girls, where we create a safe environment for girls to ask questions and learn about their bodies, their menstrual cycle, and ways to care for their maturing bodies
