Guided by midwife Nisa Orozco, engage in a 3-week childbirth preparation series. Celebrate your pregnancy journey by learning how to prepare your body, mind and heart. Learn about the pregnant and birthing body, coping techniques for birth and beyond and the magic of infant bonding. Prepare to welcome your new baby and the new you.
